Single-Phase Electronic Carrier Wave Energy Meter 1. Application and Adaptable Range
Single-phase electronic wave carrier energy meter, as low-end equipment in the system, is able to apply in centralized meter reading system to realize electricity computation for single customer, and the function of wave carrier communication by data power wire.
Single-phase electronic wave carrier energy meter features high reliability, stable performance, advanced international communication capability.
Single electronic wave carrier energy meter is able to install in meter box in indoor or outdoor, adoptable environmental temperature -25℃~+55℃, average relative humidity not larger than 75% annually.
All indexes of single-phase electronic wave carrier energy meter accord with all technical requirements for single phase meter in PRC national standard GB/T 17215-2002 (Grade I and II Static AC Active Energy Meter) and IEC 1036-96 (International Standard of Grade I and II AC Active Energy Meter). Besides, it conforms PRC power industry standard DL/T 698-1999 (Technical Condition of Centralized Meter Reading System for Low Voltage Power Customer) 2. Function and Features
Adopt special large integrated circuit in accounting single-phase AC active energy with 50Hz rated power; utilize low voltage power wire as communication channel, upload power data in wave carrier mode to provide far distance centralized meter reading system. Features as follows:

1. Working Principle
Single electronic wave carrier energy meter adopts special centralized circuit ADE7755 in active energy computation in large scale. In addition, it adopts ES16U, special chip for centralized circuit in low voltage wire wave carrier spread spectrum communication and data processing to realize reliable data communication and pulse computation data processing. 3.2. Shell Structure
Energy shell consists of meter bottom, cover, terminal seat and terminal cover, four parts. Meter cover and terminal cover own lead sealing separately. Fix terminal cover with special bolt. Figure 2 show appearance.

1. Energy meter tested eligible and with lead sealing is able to install.
2. Energy meter can be installed in indoor and outdoor, bottom plate for installing meter should be fixed on firm fireproof wall, suggested installation height, 1.8m, without corrosive gas in the air.
3. Connect wire according to wire diagram on connection box. It’s better to use copper wire

5. Transportation and Storage
1. Do not impact it furiously during transportation and open packaging for energy meter. It’s better to transport and store it according to GB/T15464-1995 (General Packing Technical Condition for Apparatus and Appliances)
2. Do not connect electricity when it exists obvious damage impacted during transportation, installation or fell from high altitude. Contact with supplier as soon as possible.
3. Keep energy meter in original packaging, proper environment temperature -40℃~+70℃; average relative humidity not more than 75%, without corrosive gas in the air.
4. Store energy meter in warehouse and set them on shelf; piled height not exceeds 10 boxes; after open packaging, single piled height of energy meter should not over 10 meters.
6. Guarantee Limit If energy meter not accords with enterprise standard, manufacturer will offer repair or replacement for free within 18 months since it sold out, except for customers not obey instruction requirements and incomplete lead sealing made by manufacturer. |
